I believe that deep-seated reactivity and relational distress are rarely just about "communication issues"—they are often signals of unresolved attachment wounds stored in the body. My work is dedicated to helping you track these underlying layers to find genuine safety within yourself and your relationships.

How We Work Together

Beyond traditional talk therapy, I integrate evidence-based regulation tools—including HeartMath and Somatic Tapping—to help you physically shift out of "fight-or-flight" and into a state of internal calm. When your nervous system finally feels safe, we can move into the deep work of processing trauma through Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and rebuilding the secure connections you’ve been longing for.
